Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted ONLY if there is an undisclosed flaw or damage, or if the item is mislabeled (wrong size, etc). Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

When can I expect to get paid?

You’ll receive your payment via Venmo, Paypal, or electronic check about two to three weeks after the sale ends, to ensure no items were returned.

Does it cost anything to join the sale?

Yes, there is a $5 registration fee that is due at the time of sign-up for each sale. Pickup will not be scheduled until the registration fee is paid.

How long does each sale last?

We have two sales per year, and each lasts approximately two weeks.
