We understand that the hardest part about participating in consignment sales is often the work required to prepare your items.
We offer two seller options designed to fit your lifestyle, time, and willingness to do the prep work. Whether you want to hand us the whole process or maximize your earnings by doing the work yourself, you choose what works best for you.
OPTION 1: PREMIUM — 50% COMMISSION
You drop it in our hands. We do (almost) everything else. Want the easiest possible way to sell? Premium is for you.
We’ll pick up your eligible items at least three weeks before the sale and take care of the rest. At pickup, you can either provide your own pricing list or let our team price your items based on current resale value, typically at 25–50% of the original retail price. You earn 50% of the selling price for every item that sells.
Once we have your items, we handle:
Pricing your items (if you choose to let us)
Entering inventory into our system
Tagging and preparing items for sale
Transporting your items to the event
The best part? You don't have to come back for your unsold items. All eligible unsold merchandise will be donated after the sale, so you can clear the clutter without figuring out what to do with what's left. Premium is perfect for sellers who value their time and want the easiest possible selling experience.
OPTION 2: STANDARD — 65% COMMISSION
You do the prep. You keep more of the profit. If you’re willing to put in a little more work, Standard gives you a higher commission.
With Standard, you are responsible for preparing your items before bringing them to the sale. You will:
Tag each item according to StitchCycle guidelines
Price each item
Enter your items into the required inventory system
Transport your items to the sale location during the designated drop-off period
Make sure every item meets our quality and seasonal requirements
Once your items are checked in, we take it from there. Our team handles the selling, checkout, merchandising, customer service, and post-sale processing during the event. You earn 65% of the selling price for every item that sells. After the sale, you will have the opportunity to retrieve your unsold items during the designated pickup period. Items not picked up during the designated timeframe may be donated.
WHICH OPTION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
